"My fiancé and I were first-time home buyers and really had no idea what we were getting into, but Tammy was there every step of the way with us. We were very particular about what we wanted in a home and she spent every Saturday with us for about 6 months trying to find us forever home. She never gave up on finding us a house, even when we were getting frustrated and ready to throw the towel in. We spent so much time together that we have become such good friends we even longboard on the weekends now since we don't need to look at houses anymore. When we walked into our new home, we told her "We don't need to see any more houses, this is the one!" Tammy did everything in her power to get us our house. She even called us at 11 pm to let us know that our offer was accepted because she knew how much we wanted this house. She was available 24/7 to answer any of our questions and we had a lot! She even answered our late-night calls when we were panicking. Tammy also kept us updated with where we were during the process and what was going to happen next. She made sure all the players were on the same page and even helped move the process along. I am and will continue to recommend Tammy to anyone looking to buy or sell especially first-time home buyers. She made this process for us as easy and stress-free as possible. She is very dedicated and passionate about what she does and we loved that! She made us feel like we were her one and only clients! We cannot thank Tammy enough for everything she has done for us in getting us ours forever home! To Tammy this isn't just a job, it's her life and passion and it shows! Thank you again for everything!"

"If you want an extravagant all-in-one realtor, ladies, and gentlemen, don’t look any further. You found her. Tammy was wonderful. I can’t stress that enough. "If you want an extravagant all-in-one realtor, ladies, and gentlemen, don’t look any further. You found her. Tammy was wonderful. I can’t stress that enough. Not only did she sell us our home, but she made the whole process the world's easiest. I always hear people complain about the process, but this was one of the easiest things I’ve ever had to do thus far. She did the job of a realtor, attorney, inspector, and loan officer. She would always remind us ahead of time of what the next steps were. She also would answer our texts even at 10 pm (yes, she would even answer our dumb questions as well as as many repeated questions we asked as worried first-time home buyers). She went above and beyond. During our inspection, she even pointed out a few things to the inspector to make sure that he recorded everything! She found us our dream home so quickly. She listened to all of our wants and needs, gathered a list, and made herself available when we wanted to see a house. With her hard work, passion, and drive to find us what we wanted we were able to actually find the house of our dreams. Tammy was truly a pleasure. She became a great friend and helped us with the biggest purchase of our lives. Tammy was made to be a realtor, so be sure to make her yours! Thank you so much, Tammy! We can’t express that enough?"

"Working with Tamara on the purchase of my home was a true pleasure. Tamara saw me through the house after house of showings before I found anything I liked, and then stuck with me after several of those homes did not work out based on the inspection report. Tamara was right there with me, whether it was negotiating for improvements based on the inspection report, or getting me to a price I was happy with and felt was fair. When I finally found the home that my husband and I both fell in love with, it was a short sale, which brought on a plethora of new challenges. Tamara was confident and knowledgeable about how we should proceed and how to get through the very confusing process. She explained things every step of the way, which was so refreshing. She was always there to respond to my every text, email, or phone call and always got me an answer promptly. She could be tough too and definitely did not stay quiet if she thought something was happening not in my favor and went above and beyond to correct it, always thinking two or three steps ahead. It was a true pleasure working with you, Tamara. I honestly cannot wait to recommend you to the next person I meet who is looking for help in real estate."

Neither of us knew a single thing about the process from looking for homes to the final closing, but Tammy was there to guide us and give us advice every step of the way. She did it all with kindness and caring; we truly felt she had our best interest in mind and trusted her very quickly. This was super important to us because we have heard all sorts of crazy stories from friends and family about all the things that can go wrong throughout the buying steps. Nothing went wrong for us, not even a little bit. We also did not want a realtor who was going to be pushy and steamroll us into anything just because they knew more than us. We never experienced that with Tammy. She shared good advice and gave suggestions, and always answered our questions quickly. If you're looking for an extremely knowledgeable realtor who works hard and has your best interest in mind, please contact her! You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything, Tammy!""

An absolute joy to work with! Not only was she available 24/7, but she was willing to go the extra mile in every facet of the home buying process. She was fantastic in the home search, recommending homes on the fly as she learned what we were looking for, and was open to showings at the drop of a hat. Once we found a home, she communicated incredibly well with our mortgage company and attorney and kept us sane through an otherwise maddening process. As most first-time homebuyers know, you'll have a million questions, and Tammy was right there with us the entire way. She has a ton of experience in the Montclair area and was able to give us so much helpful advice that we would not have been able to find on the internet. I will be recommending everyone I know to Tammy - friends, family, and my own clients. A+!"

We knew she was someone we knew we could trust and count on in the home buying process. She helped us secure our last apartment, so we knew we wanted to work with her when it came time to purchase our first home. In this fierce home buying market, we knew she would have our back and help guide us to getting the home of our dreams. We spent several weekends looking at houses and finally settled on the one we wanted. With Tamara's hard work, we can secure the house we fell in love with and the first house we put an offer on. She was with us every step of the way and helped us navigate the ins and out of the home buying process. She is expedient, knowledgeable, kind, and honest, we would use her again in a heartbeat!"
