We spent so much time together that we have become such good friends we even longboard on the weekends now since we don't need to look at houses anymore. When we walked into our new home, we told her "We don't need to see any more houses, this is the one!" Tammy did everything in her power to get us our house. She even called us at 11 pm to let us know that our offer was accepted because she knew how much we wanted this house. She was available 24/7 to answer any of our questions and we had a lot! She even answered our late-night calls when we were panicking. Tammy also kept us updated with where we were during the process and what was going to happen next. I always hear people complain about the process, but this was one of the easiest things I’ve ever had to do thus far. She did the job of a realtor, attorney, inspector, and loan officer. She would always remind us ahead of time of what the next steps were. She also would answer our texts even at 10 pm (yes, she would even answer our dumb questions as well as as many repeated questions we asked as worried first-time home buyers).
